WOLF & RITA: Stunning Creations from Portugal

At Wolf & Rita… this season all started with an old notebook from the beginning of the twentieth century discovered in a flea market in Paris… The delicate and poetic sketches in the notebook are believed to have been drawn by an anonymous artist. This notebook and the drawings from the late Portuguese painter and poet Ana Hatherly were the main inspiration for this new collection…
Wolf & Rita we are keen on creating special garments that are like little treasures for children.
Their designs are really one of a kind… almost Haute Couture but very cosy and wearable and easy… magic!
The idea behind Wolf & Rita emerged from a history of more than 30 years of experience in specialized shirts making, so the decision to create their own brand came as a natural step… Embracing the use of old techniques and the natural expertise that comes with experience, Wolf & Rita cultivates the savoir faire and inspiration of the past to create children’s wear for everyday use… their fabrics and trimmings are of the finest quality and always locally outsourced… all 100% Made in Portugal as a proof of quality, but also as a means of supporting the local community.

“We do hope you enjoy wearing our clothes as much as we enjoy making them!“, they told me with a big smile…
