The Shape of Things by Miss L. Ray
Minimalist and feminine, the Spring Summer collection from Miss L. Ray embodies the simple elegance of architecturally inspired shapes.
A hint of 80’s irreverence permeates the collection—aptly named The Shape of Things— in the form of skinny belts and straps, oversized belt-like bows, cropped jackets, statement sleeves, and asymmetrical folding on dresses. Artful colour blocking and bold, original prints developed in collaboration with London architect T. Simjanovic on cotton and linen complement the clean, uncluttered lines of silhouettes broken up by surprise details—a ruffle, ruching, or a beautifully considered pleat.
