Silvian Heach Kids is encouraging children to create a better world!
„Change in a book“ is the title of a project, promoted by Italian fashion brand Silvian Heach Kids and created and operated by Plain Ink Onlus Organization… compelled by the transformative potential of storytelling, Plain Ink harness the power of books, multimedia and imagery to spark change… and therefore puts books and comics at the centre of training and development programs for children…
“Change in a book” offers an excellent training to ill-fated children of the territory of Nola, near Naples… The project is structured in different training sessions: Respect and Intercultural Dialogue, Environment and Nature, Science and Technology, Civic Participation and Legality, Image Education and finally one section showing kids what they can do themselves to improve the world around them.
The shots that Silvian Heach Kids has realized to promote its 2015 spring-summer collection, describe this path of growth and change: you start with the book… and you might end it completely transformed, because through different stories the book is telling… kids can gain new skills, increase their literacy levels and engage communities around the world in finding their own solutions and their own happiness!
